My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. On the positive side, the rooms are spacious and clean, making it a comfortable stay, and the pool is a great spot to relax. However, the smoke smell upon entering the non-smoking room was off-putting, and the service left something to be desired with an unpleasant incident at my room door.
The hotel is on level 4 and still under renovation. The rooms were tidy and clean but extremely hot with a bad smell due to poor ventilation and lack of air freshener. The service was polite and friendly, offering many TV channels and a nice environment, but had issues with noisy air conditioners. The location required taxis to nearby places and was not within walking distance, with a spooky appearance. The dining experience was worth the money but unexpectedly bleak and below standard. The facilities need improvement.

The service, despite a very unpleasant experience of being approached by four guys knocking on my room door, was overall friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to iCity and Ikan Bakar Tg, but reaching other nearby places requires a taxi, and it's quite far from eateries and highway access. The dining experience was worth the money, even without breakfast, but it felt unexpectedly bleak. The facilities at the hotel were decent, though not exceptional.
