Merrida Hotel, Klang

My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. On the positive side, the rooms are spacious and clean, making it a comfortable stay, and the pool is a great spot to relax. However, the smoke smell upon entering the non-smoking room was off-putting, and the service left something to be desired with an unpleasant incident at my room door.

The hotel is on level 4 and still under renovation. The rooms were tidy and clean but extremely hot with a bad smell due to poor ventilation and lack of air freshener. The service was polite and friendly, offering many TV channels and a nice environment, but had issues with noisy air conditioners. The location required taxis to nearby places and was not within walking distance, with a spooky appearance. The dining experience was worth the money but unexpectedly bleak and below standard. The facilities need improvement.
